Role Description
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Master's degree in Marketing, Business or relevant field.
- 2-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in medical devices or healthcare.
- Strong digital marketing skills (SEO, Google Ads, social media).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and B2B lead generation.
- Hands-on experience or familiarity with CRM tools
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Job role
Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across social media, email marketing, PPC, and other channels to generate leads and improve brand visibility.
- Plan, implement, and manage marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and selected traditional media.
- Execute customer acquisition campaigns to attract new customers and partners.
Lead Generation & Qualification
- Generate and qualify B2B leads through cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, WhatsApp broadcasting tools, and other relevant channels.
- Track lead sources, engagement, and conversion metrics.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up and lead closure.
CRM Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead data in the CRM system.
- Ensure proper lead assignment, status updates, and pipeline tracking.
- Support reporting on lead performance and sales alignment.
Marketing Content & Collateral
- Produce and coordinate marketing materials including brochures, presentations, website content, emailers, and social media posts.
- Ensure all marketing materials comply with applicable medical device regulations and company guidelines.
- Coordinate with designers, agencies, and internal teams for content creation.
Market & Customer Analysis
- Analyze customer needs, market trends, and competitor strategies to identify growth opportunities.
- Gather feedback from sales and customers to refine messaging and campaigns.
- Support go-to-market planning for new products or features.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with sales, product, and leadership teams to align marketing activities with company goals.
- Support product launches, demos, events, and promotional initiatives.
Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Track campaign performance, lead metrics, and ROI.
- Prepare regular MIS reports and share insights for continuous improvement.
