Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Marketing Executive, based in Bengaluru, India. The Senior Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and executing market plans, conducting market research, and creating effective marketing campaigns. They will lead communication initiatives, drive sales efforts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement. The role demands strategic thinking, innovative approaches, and a deep understanding of the fashion retail market to strengthen Skipp's position as a leader in quick fashion.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Market Planning and the ability to execute strategic marketing initiatives.
- Strong Market Research skills, including analyzing trends, customer behavior, and market competitors.
- Should have experience in Digital marketing
- Exceptional Communication skills to effectively convey marketing messages and engage with diverse audiences.
- Experience in developing and implementing Sales and Marketing strategies to drive growth and revenue.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and projects.
- Experience in the retail or fashion industry is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
