Senior Executive – Marketing.
Location: Mumbai - Third Party
Experience: 2–3 Years -Mumbai guys
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Shoot & Merchandising Operations
- Own product sourcing and logistics for campaign shoots including footwear, apparel, and accessories
- Manage merchandising requirements such as look curation, product tracking, and shoot readiness
- Handle end-to-end product reconciliation post shoots, ensuring inventory accuracy and timely returns
Creative & Design Management
- Lead and manage internal graphic design requirements across digital, social, and retail touchpoints
- Ensure brand consistency and high-quality creative output across all assets
- Support basic video editing requirements for social and digital campaigns
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with external vendors including merchandising vendors, production houses, stylists, etc. for smooth shoot execution
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and quality checks across all partners
- Act as a bridge between internal teams, departments, and external stakeholders
Campaign Asset Management & Coordination
- Work closely with media and creative agencies to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets
- Maintain and organize asset libraries for easy access and usage across channels
- Ensure all campaign deliverables are aligned with timelines and media requirements
