Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Marketing Executive located in Pune City. Responsibilities include Execute field-level marketing plans and promotional activities across assigned regions
Coordinate with the sales team for dealer and distributor-level promotions
Organize farmer meetings, dealer meets, crop demonstrations, and field days
Plan and support ATL & BTL marketing campaigns
Manage marketing materials — brochures, banners, demo kits, and product literature
Coordinate with vendors for printing, flex, banners, and event arrangements
Assist in organizing agriculture exhibitions, melas, and promotional events
Collect market feedback and monitor competitor activities
Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly activity records and reports
Handle field activity approvals and payment documentation
Participate in weekly/monthly team meetings for alignment and planning
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field
2–5 years of experience in field/offline marketing (agri-input sector preferred)
Strong communication skills and willingness to travel
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with documentation
Basic knowledge of AI/digital tools is an added advantage
