Role Overview
The Senior Marketing Executive will assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement. This role requires hands-on experience in digital marketing, creative coordination, and campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Support paid advertising campaigns on Google, Meta (Facebook, Instagram), and other platforms.
- Coordinate with creative teams for content creation, graphics, and ad copies.
- Help manage SEO/SEM activities, social media pages, and email marketing campaigns.
- Support offline marketing initiatives such as in-store branding, events, and promotional activities.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide reports using analytics tools.
- Conduct basic market research to understand customer trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–4 years of marketing experience, preferably in D2C or retail businesses.
- Hands-on experience in digital marketing (social media, Google Ads, SEO/SEM basics).
- Familiarity with traditional marketing activities (print, events, in-store promotions).
- Familiar with Google Analytics and Ads Manager.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
