Role Description
The Senior Marketing Executive will play a crucial role in promoting the institution by executing marketing and sales strategies to enhance brand visibility and attract prospective students. Primary responsibilities include conducting market research, developing comprehensive market plans, coordinating marketing campaigns, and engaging prospective students and stakeholders. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Agra, requiring active collaboration with internal and external teams to achieve marketing objectives and enrollment targets.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Market Planning and Market Research to design and implement effective marketing strategies
- Excellent Communication skills for engaging with prospective students, stakeholders, and team members
- Proven experience in Sales and Marketing to drive student enrollments and achieve business development goals
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and adapt marketing efforts accordingly
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree (MBA) is preferred
- Proven ability to work in a team-oriented and result-driven environment
- Prior experience in a higher education institution or similar industry is an advantage
