EdKonnect Academy is hiring a Senior Marketing Executive to own and scale our entire marketing function — from brand to performance to growth.
📍 Chennai, Tamil Nadu | On-site
💰 ₹70,000 – ₹80,000 / month
🎯 7–10 Years Experience | Reports to CEO
✅ WHAT YOU'LL OWN:
→ Performance Marketing — Meta Ads, Google Ads, CAC optimization, lead volume at scale
→ Brand Building — Position EdKonnect as the premium SAT/AP prep brand across Instagram & LinkedIn
→ Campaign Strategy — Email, WhatsApp, remarketing funnels aligned to SAT cycles & admissions seasons
→ Analytics & Growth — CAC, LTV, ROI dashboards, A/B testing, actionable insights to founders
✅ YOU'RE THE RIGHT FIT IF YOU:
→ Focus on revenue and conversions — not just impressions
→ Can think strategically AND execute hands-on
→ Have EdTech or test prep experience (strongly preferred)
→ Are comfortable owning outcomes in a founder-led startup
