Role Description:
The Senior Marketing Executive plays a critical role in driving the company’s marketing initiatives by combining strategic planning with hands-on execution. This position is responsible for strengthening brand positioning, improving customer engagement, and accelerating revenue growth through integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Marketing & Promotions
• Plan and execute monthly marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Coordinate outlet-level promotions, events, and brand activations.
• Ensure correct branding and visibility across all outlets.
2. Digital Marketing
• Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Google, etc.).
• Coordinate with designers/agencies for creatives, videos, and posts.
• Track engagement, reach, and campaign performance.
3. Local Store Marketing
• Plan local tie-ups, partnerships, and influencer collaborations.
• Support outlet openings, special events, and seasonal campaigns.
• Monitor competitor activities and local market trends.
4. Content & Communication
• Create marketing calendars and campaign briefs.
• Coordinate for menu launches, offers, posters, standees, and digital creatives.
• Ensure brand consistency across all communication.
5. Reporting & Analysis
• Track campaign results, footfall impact, and ROI.
• Prepare weekly/monthly marketing reports.
• Suggest improvements based on performance data.
Key Skills & Competencies:
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Creative thinking and execution ability.
• Data tracking and reporting skills.
• Ability to work with multiple outlets and vendors.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing (F&B/retail preferred).
• Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Google tools, Canva, etc., is an advantage.

• Increase in footfall and sales from marketing campaigns.
