Role Overview
AlgoShack is looking for a highly energetic, execution-driven, and creative Senior Marketing Executive to drive end-to-end event marketing, social media branding, video marketing, email campaigns, and digital growth initiatives.
This role is heavily focused on execution, coordination, branding, lead generation, and campaign management across both physical and digital channels. The candidate should be capable of independently managing multiple marketing activities simultaneously while coordinating with internal teams, vendors, designers, customers, and external stakeholders.
Primary Objective
Manage end-to-end execution of physical and digital events for brand building, lead generation, customer engagement, and SaaS growth.
Responsibilities
- Execute 2–3 mixed events per month
- Plan, organize, coordinate, and execute online and offline events
- Manage macro, micro, and major events independently
- Execute webinars, podcasts, fireside chats, CXO roundtables, hackathons, corporate events, and networking meetups
- Manage booth/stall setup, event branding, and event logistics
- Coordinate event invitations, registrations, campaigns, and attendee engagement
- Work with speakers, moderators, leadership teams, vendors, and partners
- Create event themes, agendas, scripts, and session flow
- Coordinate marketing collateral preparation, branding materials, and giveaways
- Manage designing, printing, installation, and physical setup activities
- Handle live streaming and hybrid event execution
- Drive event-based lead generation and audience qualification
- Coordinate post-event follow-ups, reporting, lead nurturing, and engagement tracking
- Ensure smooth internal and external stakeholder coordination
- Social Media Marketing
Responsibilities
- Manage 20–30 social posts per month
- Optimize and Manage AlgoShack’s presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, Facebook, Medium, Reddit, YouTube, Google, Product sites, and other platforms
- Create monthly social media calendars and campaign plans
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, and external vendors
- Review and approve creatives, captions, hashtags, and campaign messaging
- Increase brand awareness, reach, engagement, and followers
- Drive social media campaigns for events, products, customer stories, and thought leadership
- Execute LinkedIn boosting and promotional campaigns
- Make posts more engaging and viral through creative storytelling and campaign execution
- Create reels, snippets, short videos, and social engagement campaigns
- Drive employee engagement on company social posts
- Video Marketing
Responsibilities
- Deliver 5-10 videos per month
- Coordinate and produce marketing and branding videos
- Create explainer videos, product demos, event clips, testimonial videos, customer videos, and product walkthroughs
- Work with internal teams and vendors for scripting, recording, editing, and publishing
- Coordinate event recordings and post-event video packaging
- Support social media and website video content strategy
- Email Marketing
Responsibilities
- Optimize and segment marketing databases for targeted outreach
- Execute email marketing campaigns for product promotions and announcements
- Create company newsletters and product update communications
- Run outbound SaaS lead generation campaigns
- Execute remarketing and nurture campaigns
- Track email engagement metrics and improve conversion performance
- Coordinate campaign messaging, content, and design approvals
- Paid Marketing
Responsibilities
- Work with vendors and internal stakeholders on paid marketing initiatives
- Plan and execute campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other paid channels
- Drive B2B lead generation and SaaS growth campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance, ROI, and optimization opportunities
- Achieve ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) greater than 3:1
- SEO / AEO / GEO Optimization
Responsibilities
- Optimize website and content for SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)
- Improve search rankings and content discoverability
- Ensure company content appears in top recommendations and AI-driven search experiences
- Coordinate keyword strategy, optimization activities, and content performance tracking
- Improve website traffic, visibility, and inbound lead generation
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Management, or Event Management
- Strong experience managing end-to-end physical and digital events
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Experience handling social media campaigns and brand-building initiatives
- Understanding of video production workflows and content marketing
- Experience with email marketing campaigns and audience segmentation
- Knowledge of paid marketing and campaign execution
- Familiarity with SEO, AEO, and digital growth strategies
- Strong communication, planning, hosting, and execution skills
- Ability to multitask and independently drive multiple initiatives simultaneously
Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2B SaaS / Technology / IT Services marketing
- Exposure to AI tools, Canva, ChatGPT, branding, and content tools
- Basic design understanding for reviewing creatives and branding materials
- Experience coordinating webinars, podcasts, and CXO-level events
- Familiarity with LinkedIn campaigns and enterprise lead generation
