Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Content Writer (AI-Enabled) with 7–10 years of experience in scientific, technical, or marketing content writing, ideally within life sciences, pharmaceutical, or related industries.
This role is designed for a professional who combines scientific understanding, strong digital marketing expertise, and AI-driven productivity. The ideal candidate should be able to translate complex scientific concepts into clear, compelling, and high-impact marketing narratives while contributing to content strategy, campaign ideation, and client communication.
You will work at the intersection of science, digital marketing strategy, and AI-enabled content systems, delivering content that is accurate, persuasive, and performance-oriented.
Candidates who are comfortable collaborating with digital marketing teams, contributing to campaign ideation, and interacting directly with clients will thrive in this role.
What You Will Do
*AI-Driven Scientific & Technical Content Development
Develop high-quality scientific and marketing content for digital and marketing platforms, including website pages, brochures, whitepapers, and knowledge resources. Leverage AI tools to support research, content structuring, and drafting, while ensuring scientific accuracy, clarity, and credibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and interpret scientific literature and research publications to create accurate, insight-driven content.
- Translate complex technical and scientific information into clear, engaging marketing narratives.
- Maintain high editorial standards, originality, and regulatory alignment across all content.
- Evaluate and refine AI-generated outputs to ensure scientific validity and relevance.
- Stay updated with developments in pharma, biotech, digital marketing, and AI-assisted content workflows.
*Digital Marketing Strategy & Performance Content
Contribute actively to digital marketing ideation and campaign strategy, working closely with marketing and growth teams.
Responsibilities include:
- Creating SEO-optimized website content aligned with keyword strategy and search intent
- Developing SEM campaign content, including:
- Google Ads copy
- Landing pages
- Campaign messaging frameworks
- Supporting content ideation for marketing campaigns
- Collaborating with digital marketing teams to align content with lead generation and brand positioning goals
- Reviewing content performance metrics and optimizing based on engagement and conversion insights
*LinkedIn & Thought Leadership
Support the development of executive and brand thought leadership content, especially on professional platforms.
Responsibilities include:
- Crafting LinkedIn posts, long-form articles, and executive narratives
- Repurposing scientific and marketing content into high-impact social formats
- Supporting B2B brand positioning and employer branding initiatives
- Aligning social content with overall digital marketing strategy
*Client-Facing Responsibilities
Play an active role in client communication and content strategy discussions.
Responsibilities include:
- Interacting directly with clients to understand scientific, marketing, and communication objectives
- Participating in requirement-gathering and content planning discussions
- Presenting content drafts, messaging frameworks, and strategies
- Incorporating structured client feedback effectively
- Ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content aligned with client expectations
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree, preferably in science
- 7–10 years of experience in scientific, technical, or marketing content writing
- 1–2 years of practical experience using AI tools for research or content development
- Strong experience in SEO and digital marketing content writing
- Experience creating LinkedIn and B2B marketing content
- Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to confidently interact with clients and internal teams
Preferred Experience
- Experience working in pharma, biotech, CRO, CDMO, or related life sciences sectors
- Exposure to digital marketing strategy, campaign ideation, and content planning
- Familiarity with AI platforms such as ChatGPT, AI SEO tools, or research assistants
- Experience reviewing marketing analytics and content performance metrics
(Pharma or life sciences industry experience is preferred but not mandatory.)

Compensation
Up to ₹12,00,000 per annum
