Job Title: Senior Marketing & Communications Manager – Luxury Division

Salary Range: ₹10,00,000 – ₹12,00,000 PA
Role Overview
The Senior Marketing & Communications Manager will be responsible for elevating the luxury division’s market presence through strategic campaigns, premium storytelling, and integrated customer engagement initiatives.
This role requires an individual with expertise in luxury consumer marketing, digital performance, public relations, and brand communication. The candidate should be capable of managing both strategy and execution while ensuring consistency across all online and offline channels.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing & Brand Communication
- Develop long-term marketing strategies aligned with luxury brand objectives.
- Create impactful brand narratives and communication strategies for premium audiences.
- Manage product launches, seasonal campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Ensure consistent visual identity and messaging across all marketing channels.
Campaign & Content Management
- Execute integrated campaigns across digital, retail, social media, influencer, PR, and events.
- Lead content planning including social media, campaign assets, website content, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate luxury shoots, influencer collaborations, and experiential marketing activities.
- Support PR initiatives and media partnerships.
Digital & Analytics
- Monitor and optimize digital marketing performance across Meta, Google, and social channels.
- Analyze customer behavior, campaign performance, and engagement metrics.
- Support CRM and retention initiatives to improve customer lifecycle engagement.
Stakeholder & Team Management
- Work closely with agencies, vendors, designers, and cross-functional teams.
- Manage marketing budgets and campaign timelines efficiently.
- Mentor junior marketing professionals and ensure execution excellence.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or Business.
- MBA/Master’s degree is an advantage.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant marketing experience.
- Mandatory experience in Luxury, Jewellery, Fashion, Beauty, or Premium Lifestyle brands.
- Strong expertise in integrated marketing, content strategy, and brand communication.
- Proficiency in Meta Ads, Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and social media strategy.
- Excellent presentation, project management, and communication skills.
- Strong creative vision with a performance-driven mindset.
