About usWe are a German–Indian startup building software products for the hiring space, with customers across Germany, the UK, and wider Europe.
Our team is deeply product and engineering led. Today, we have 4 developers, 1 UI/UX designer, and 2 founders who are both closely involved in product and strategy. While our product team is based in India, the markets we sell into are international.
We are now looking for a senior marketing hire who can take ownership of our messaging, content, growth initiatives, and lead generation.
The roleThis is a high-impact role for someone who knows how to take strong software products and bring them to market in a way that feels clear, relevant, and compelling.
You will own marketing across positioning, storytelling, content, campaigns, and lead generation. You will be working directly with the founders, turning product depth into sharp market-facing communication, and helping us build a more predictable flow of qualified leads.
This is not a role for someone who only manages agencies or waits for large budgets. We are looking for someone senior, resourceful, commercial, and hands-on. Someone who knows how to create traction with smart execution, strong messaging, and a deep understanding of the customer.
What you will own- Own and drive our marketing and lead generation efforts end to end
- Develop practical go-to-market strategies for our new AI hiring tool Cooperjobs.ai
- Refine how we position and communicate our products
- Build strong messaging for different customer segments and markets
- Write and oversee high-quality content across website, outbound, product marketing, case studies, and campaigns
- Identify the right channels to reach decision-makers in Europe and the UK
- Work closely with founders to turn product capabilities into clear business value
- Launch experiments that generate awareness, demand, and qualified leads
- Continuously improve our story based on market feedback and customer insight
What we are looking for- 6 to 10 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, growth, product marketing, or content-led demand generation
- Strong experience marketing software or tech products
- Excellent writing, messaging, and storytelling ability
- Strong understanding of customer pain points and value-based communication
- Experience working on go-to-market efforts for products sold outside India, ideally in Europe or the US
- Ability to work independently and take ownership without heavy structure
- Comfort working in an early-stage environment with limited budgets and high expectations
- Strong commercial instinct and the ability to focus on what actually drives pipeline
Strong plus points- Experience in HR tech, SaaS, or workflow software
- Experience with founder-led growth environments
- Experience selling into SMBs or mid-sized businesses in Europe
- Ability to combine strategy with execution
