Roles and Responsibilities:
Market Research & Intelligence
- Conduct secondary research to analyze industry trends, hiring patterns, talent demand-supply insights, and emerging workforce dynamics.
- Perform competitive analysis including service portfolio benchmarking, pricing models, market positioning, and value proposition comparisons.
- Track recruitment industry developments including GCC expansion, talent mobility trends, and sector-wise hiring outlook.
Data Collection & Analysis
- Lead structured data collection, validation, and consolidation from internal and external sources.
- Interpret complex datasets to derive meaningful insights and strategic recommendations.
- Analyze market size, segmentation, TAM/SAM/SOM models where relevant.
- Support pricing strategy and new service feasibility assessments.
Reporting & Insights
- Prepare detailed market research reports, dashboards, executive summaries, and insight presentations.
- Translate data findings into actionable business recommendations.
- Present insights to senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with Business Leaders, Sales, RPO, and Executive Search teams to understand research requirements.
- Support bid responses, client pitches, and strategic proposals with market intelligence inputs.
- Collaborate with leadership on expansion strategy (new geographies, industries, service lines).
Skills Required:
- Strong expertise in Market Research & Market Insights
- Proven experience in Competitive Analysis
- Advanced capability in Data Collection, Data Interpretation & Data Analysis
- Experience in building structured Research Reports & Insight Decks
- Strong proficiency in Secondary Research methodologies
- Analytical mindset with high attention to detail
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate data into business strategy
Preferred Background
- 6-10 years of experience in Market Research / Competitive Intelligence / Business Insights.
- Experience in recruitment, staffing, HR consulting, professional services, or B2B industries preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI / Tableau (good to have).
Education: MBA / Master's degree preferred (not mandatory).
