Job Overview
We are looking for a Senior Manual Tester with strong experience in the Insurance domain. The candidate should have hands-on experience in manual testing and be able to ensure quality across applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute test cases and test scenarios
- Perform functional, regression, and system testing
- Identify and track bugs using tools like JIRA
- Work closely with developers and business teams
- Maintain test documentation in Confluence
- Participate in requirement discussions and QA planning
- Lead testing activities and support junior team members
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Manual Testing
- Mandatory experience in Insurance domain
- Good understanding of:
- Policy
- Claims
- Underwriting
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence
- Good communication skills
Good to Have
- ISTQB Certification
- Prior experience as Test Lead
