Job Title: Brand Manager – OOH Marketing

About the Role:We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Brand Manager to lead and execute Out-of-Home (OOH) marketing initiatives in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing offline branding campaigns to enhance visibility and drive customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and execute OOH marketing campaigns (hoardings, kiosks, transit media, society branding, etc.) across Mumbai
- Identify high-impact locations and negotiate with vendors for optimal placements
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, design, operations) for campaign execution
- Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycle from ideation to execution and reporting
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize ROI through data-driven insights
- Ensure brand consistency across all offline touchpoints
- Maintain vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of services
- Track competition and market trends in OOH advertising
Requirements:- 3–6 years of experience in OOH / offline marketing / brand management
- Strong understanding of Mumbai’s media landscape and outdoor advertising market
- Experience in vendor management and negotiation
- Excellent coordination and project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience in real estate, proptech, or B2C marketing is a plus
- MBA in Marketing or related field preferred
