Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Abroad for a Senior Managing Director. The role involves overseeing business operations, driving strategic growth, and implementing policies to ensure the company achieves its mission and objectives. The Senior Managing Director will be responsible for mentoring and leading teams, building client relationships, and monitoring performance metrics. Collaborating with stakeholders and enhancing operational efficiency will also form key elements of the role.
Qualifications
- Leadership and team management skills, with proven experience in mentoring and guiding teams
- Business operations management and strategic planning abilities
- Proficiency in stakeholder collaboration and relationship management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with teams, clients, and partners
- Experience in process improvement and achieving operational efficiency
- Familiarity with immigration consultancy and visa processes is highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred
