Required Educational Qualification : DIPLOMA/ BE/ MBA (Preferable)
Reporting Manager : REGIONAL MANAGER (GM/ DGM/ SR. MGR)
Job Summary/Purpose of the role:

Ion Exchange Services Division (IESD) is ISO 9001-2015 certified for our entire Branches and holds NABL accreditation for our well equipped Labs.
The Services Division (IESD) has PAN India & global presence with over 250 dedicated and trained personnel and more than 1500 well trained operators across 35 service centers. We have also enhanced the area coverage through dealers and franchisees (Ion Exchange Customer Care Centers- IECCCs). With our dedicated services team for Water & Waste Water Treatment, we offer modifications, retrofits, refurbishment, Operation & Maintenance (O&Ms) and AMCs besides On Time Services (OTS). Our branches are strategically located at all four regions to provide expert service care to our customers:
NORTH : Delhi, Chandigarh, Lucknow
EAST : Kolkata & Nepal- Bhutan
WEST : Baroda, Indore, Mumbai
SOUTH : Bangalore (Karnataka & Kerala), Chennai, Hyderabad- Vyzag
We are looking for an astute leader who can head the Industrial Water & Waste Water Service Business (Light & medium segment) for BANGALORE / CHENNAI/ HYDERABAD/ DELHI/ CHANDIGARH/ LUCKNOW/KOLKATA/ INDORE/ MUMBAI/ BARODA (*select) locations and generate a targeted revenue for the Branch.
Roles & responsibilities
Ø Responsible for achieving branch business targets.
Ø Allocate specific targets for Engineers (Sales & Services). Daily review with the team on their performance against targets set. Support team members in guiding and monitoring to achieve their booking, billing and collection targets.
Ø Travel to all customer locations under the assigned territory to drive Service Excellence & customer relations.
Ø Work out contingency plan in the event of shortfalls (Ensure collection of payments and outstanding).
Ø FSR /Customer visit analysis.
Ø Involvement in commercial activity – Pending order review / Monthly projections/Meet customers to expand business.
Ø Specific focus on collection of AR > 90 days through monthly targets.
Ø Implement Strategies & policies of the company across the region, time to time.
Ø Support Sales Team to implement their sales plan successfully – direct, dealer and franchisee accounts.
Ø Allocate specific targets for CRO/SCOs. (Service Coordinators)
Ø Give directions in signing of offers, ensure all branches are adhering commercial policy and margin guidelines; seek approval of Business Heads (BH) in the case of any deviations.
Ø Follow system to ensure expenses are linked with returns – booking and collections.
Ø Monitor weekly customer/date/engineer wise collection plan prepared by the field team and issue necessary guidelines / corrections.
Ø Ensure Branch is maximising advance payments.
Ø Follow policies set (travel, commercial, credit and margins) and in the case of deviations, reach out to business head for approval. Monitor movements and expenses of the team and link with expenses on a monthly basis, backed by supporting docs - DRS, Customer visit reports etc., Close monitoring of all operation expenses of all the branches.
Ø Ensure proper organizational discipline among all employees.
Ø Identify and groom second line. Train & groom the Team- Identify training needs of the team and organize sessions.
Ø Support Sales Team to implement their sales plan successfully – direct, dealer and franchisee accounts.
Ø Key reportees include Asst Managers, Sales & Service Engineers. He will be working closely with Regional Manager, Vertical Heads (Direct Business, Waste water, Franchise Business & Services) besides Support functions - Marketing, Commercial, Finance & HR.
