Role Description
The Senior Manager - US Accounting will oversee and manage all accounting-related functions including financial reporting, compliance, and management of fixed assets. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. Key responsibilities include reviewing financial statements, preparing journal entries, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, monitoring financial transactions, and enhancing processes to ensure operational excellence. The role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and leadership skills for mentoring and guiding the accounting team.
Qualifications
10 years of
- Experience in preparing and interpreting Financial Statements with a deep understanding of US GAAP and other relevant accounting standards.
- Strong Analytical Skills and ability to assess financial data to drive decision-making.
- Proficiency in Journal Entries and core Accounting practices, including maintaining general ledgers and managing month-end and year-end close processes.
- Comprehensive understanding of Fixed Assets management, including depreciation schedules and asset reporting.
- Advanced Finance knowledge, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
- CPA/ACCA certification or equivalent would be a strong advantage.
- Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
