Role Description The Senior Manager University & Corporate Partnership is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. The role involves identifying, building, and managing strategic relationships with universities, colleges, and corporate organizations to expand Ikigai School of AI’s programs and initiatives. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and pitching partnership opportunities, designing and negotiating collaboration frameworks, managing key accounts, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver agreed programs and projects. The Senior Manager will track partnership performance, ensure timely communication with stakeholders, and represent the institution at events, meetings, and forums. This role also includes developing fundraising strategies through corporate engagement and supporting long-term growth plans for the school’s academic and industry network.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in Corporate Fundraising and Corporate Partnerships, with the ability to design and execute partnership and sponsorship models.
- Strong skills in Strategic Partnerships, including identifying opportunities, structuring collaborations, and nurturing long-term relationships.
- Proficiency in Account Management, with experience managing multiple stakeholders and ensuring effective delivery of partnership commitments.
- Excellent Communication skills, including presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement across academic and corporate environments.
- Relevant experience in education, edtech, or technology sectors, ideally with exposure to AI or future skills programs.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, collaborate cross-functionally, and handle a mix of strategic planning and hands-on execution.
- Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills, with comfort using CRM or partnership management tools.
