What You’ll Be Doing (Position Summary):
The Senior Manager, Tech Connect GCC will be a key part of an innovative, in-person technology culture, contributing to CIBC’s focus on employee experience. Leading a team of Support Analysts, you will join CIBC’s Technology Operations team in providing technical support for applications, products, and services. The Senior Manager, Tech Connect – GCC will be the escalation point for escalated employee concerns and will leverage other technology teams to ensure issues are fully resolved.

How You’ll Succeed (Responsibilities):
As Senior Manager, Tech Connect – GCC, you will join CIBC’s Employee Support Services & Transformation (ESST) to lead a team of support experts in providing in-person support for technical issues. You will accountable for the development of the team, KPIs, reporting and trend analysis. Acting as an advocate for CIBC employees, you will work with internal partners to determine, negotiate and manage services to agreed service levels. Additionally, the Senior Manager will be responsible for driving the ESST transformation agenda in the delivery of such things as automation and Incident Lifecycle Management.
