About The Role
This role will be responsible for achieving
sales targets, pipeline management, and customer engagement, including technical support and key project coordination. Acts as the
primary technical contact for customers, supporting inquiries, mega projects, and specification alignment. Strong focus on
sales engineering, with expertise in AC products (RLC & VRF), competitive benchmarking, and collaboration with product and engineering teams.

- Sales & Order Plan achievement
- Customer engagement cadence (Online/ F2F meeting)
- Pipeline management & analysis
- Technical support & training especially (e.g. selection optimization and spec check)
- Customer visit/ meet for Mega PJs

- In-depth knowledge of existing Air conditioning product line-up (RLC & VRF)

- Attending and supporting technical seminars
- Supporting exhibitions and trade shows

- Providing day-to-day technical support to sales teams

- Supporting execution for annual training calendar: Employees and channel partners

- Additional Responsibilities:
- Maintain sales tools including competitive comparisons, feature/benefit value, product gap analysis.
- Develop pre-sales technical materials that aid in the selection, application and sales of VRF system products; like application notes, submittals, technical manuals and drawings.
- Clearly articulate product features and value in public speaking events such as distributor, sales, and customer training.
- Establish positive working relationships with the field sales force and be viewed as an authority regarding all product sales and application opportunities.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product Management to develop support material for new products, including installation and service manuals, product data manuals, service manuals, etc.
- Work with multi-functional teams to support the organization through field reports and quality management initiatives. Willingness to take on any task or project that will benefit the company.
