Job Description
Roles and Responsibility:
Manage end-to-end project delivery including scope, planning, execution, tracking, risk management, and closure.
Prepare project estimations, resource plans, schedules, budgets, and quality plans.
Track project financials, risks, milestones, resource utilization, and delivery metrics.
Strong experience in Technical Project Management and Production Support.
Experience in web application development and enterprise product implementation.
Experience with Jira, ServiceNow, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
Exposure to cloud platforms, enterprise applications, or digital transformation projects.
Must Have Skill
Should have experience as an AI Technical Project Manager supporting projects in Finance & Accounting, ITIL, and Customer Service Management domains.
