About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition to lead end to end hiring across technology and business verticals. This role is responsible for driving volume, niche, and senior hiring, building scalable talent pipelines, and delivering high-quality hiring outcomes aligned with business priorities. The incumbent will support hiring across a diversified portfolio including MS - Banking & FS, MS - Insurance, MS - Capital Markets, along with industry verticals such as MS - Consumer Goods, MS - Healthcare & Lifesciences, MS - Automotive & Manufacturing, and MS - EV. The role will also cater to technology and capability teams including QE-Solutions, Performance Assurance, DSL-Solutions, RPA, DEM, and CE (Support Services), alongside innovation and transformation groups such as Watermelon, Bootlabs, DAC, Talent Task Force, and enterprise functions like Corporate and General Pool. The ideal candidate should have strong experience hiring across AI Augmented Quality Engineering & Testing, Performance Testing, Domain-led Testing, along with deep exposure to the BFSI technology hiring ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Hiring & Workforce Planning
- Lead and execute end-to-end talent acquisition strategy across functions
- Partner with leadership to translate workforce plans into hiring roadmaps
- Drive hiring across volume, niche, and leadership mandates
- Recruitment Delivery Excellence
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Drive volume hiring (junior to mid-level roles) along with critical positions
- Ensure delivery against TAT, quality of hire, and productivity metrics
- Sourcing & Talent Pipeline
- Implement multi-channel sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, referrals, job portals, networking)
- Build strong pipelines for BFSI and technology talent
- Lead hiring across specialized areas such as AI Augmented QE, Performance Testing, and Domain-led Testing
- Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with senior business leaders and HR stakeholders
- Manage expectations and act as a trusted advisor on hiring strategy
- Ensure alignment between hiring initiatives and business goals
- Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing recruitment team
- Drive accountability, productivity, and delivery excellence
- Build capability in sourcing, stakeholder management, and closure skills
- Process Excellence & Governance
- Ensure adherence to recruitment processes, compliance, and governance

- Track and present hiring dashboards, MIS, and recruitment analytics
- Use insights to drive data-driven hiring decisions and improvements

Qualifications
- Graduate / MBA preferred.
Required Skills
- Functional Expertise
- Strong experience in IT hiring across business and delivery technology functions.
- Proven track record in volume hiring and niche/leadership hiring.
- Expertise in hiring for AI Augmented QE, Performance Testing, and Domain-led Testing.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing tools, job portals, and social media hiring.
