As we continue to grow, we're looking for a dynamic Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition to lead strategic hiring initiatives and build high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:-
✅ Drive end-to-end recruitment across corporate and business functions
✅ Build and execute hiring strategies aligned with business goals
✅ Partner with hiring managers and leadership on workforce planning
✅ Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure an exceptional candidate experience ✅ Lead employer branding and talent pipeline initiatives
✅ Track recruitment metrics and optimize hiring processes
✅ Mentor and develop the Talent Acquisition team
What We're Looking For:
✔️ 8–12+ years of Talent Acquisition experience
✔️ Proven experience hiring across corporate and leadership roles
✔️ Strong stakeholder management and team leadership skills ✔️ Experience in startups, healthcare, technology, or high-growth organizations is preferred
✔️ Passion for building teams and driving hiring excellence
