Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition based in Hyderabad. The primary responsibilities include overseeing the complete recruitment lifecycle, strategizing hiring approaches, and enhancing the organization's employer branding. The role involves managing talent acquisition processes, collaborating with different teams to address staffing needs, and ensuring the organization attracts top-tier professionals. The Senior Manager will also establish effective recruitment strategies to align with organizational goals and priorities.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Interviewing
- Experience in talent acquisition, including Hiring and Recruiting strategies
- Strong understanding of Employer Branding and its impact on attracting top talent
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple roles and levels
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and optimize recruitment challenges
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
