Role & Responsibilities Design and execute a strategic talent-acquisition roadmap aligned to business objectives, hiring velocity, and role priority across functions. Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing onsite TA team?set KPIs, run weekly cadences, and elevate recruiter capability. Own full-cycle recruiting for mid-to-senior hires: proactive sourcing, structured interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding handover. Drive sourcing excellence using LinkedIn Recruiter, advanced Boolean search, and executive-search techniques to build robust talent pipelines. Implement and optimise ATS workflows and recruitment analytics to reduce time-to-fill, improve quality-of-hire, and report hiring metrics to leadership. Collaborate with People, Hiring Managers, and Marketing to strengthen employer brand, campus hiring programs, and diversity & inclusion hiring initiatives.
