Job Summary:
The Senior TA Manager leads large-scale hiring initiatives, manages teams, and drives strategic recruitment programs aligned with business growth
Must Have Skills
- 12–15 years of hands-on recruitment experience across global markets.
- Experience in global hiring for skilled consultants across SAP, Data Analytics, Digital Integration, and MuleSoft.
- Experience in large-scale or leadership hiring
- Expertise in recruitment strategy and analytics
- Expertise in End-to-End Recruitment cycle for Full time and Contract Hires globally
- Leveraging AI for sourcing/screening, data-driven decision-making, employer branding, and skills-based hiring, all while maintaining high emotional intelligence (EQ) and adaptability in a fast-evolving, hybrid work environment.
- Data Analytics & Strategic Thinking: Analysing recruitment data to predict hiring needs, optimize hiring funnels, and align talent acquisition with overall business goals.
- Skills-Based Hiring: Shifting focus from traditional credentials to assessing candidates' specific skill sets, enabling better capability matching.
- Emotional Intelligence (EQ) & Adaptability: Building rapport with candidates and adapting quickly to shifting market dynamics or remote/hybrid hiring needs.
- Tech-Forward Sourcing: Utilizing advanced search techniques and platforms to find passive talent.

- Strategic Workforce Planning, aligning hiring needs with business strategy, particularly for S/4HANA transformations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive recruitment strategy and large-scale hiring programs
- Lead and manage TA teams across functions/regions
- Partner with business leaders for talent strategy
- Monitor hiring performance and optimize processes
- Enhance employer branding and candidate experience
- Promote employee referral programs, internal opportunities for current ream members and develop relationships with alumni and friends of the Firm
- Lead cross functional recruiting projects, programs and initiatives while managing executive and measuring results
- Plan and direct activities of staff in carrying out such functions as developing sources of qualified applicants, screening applicants, scheduling and conducting interviews, administering tests, checking references and background, and evaluating applicant qualifications
- Recruit for and interview candidates for open management-level and above positions
- Participate in and occasionally lead project meetings with other divisions to develop and/or enhance Talent Acquisition strategies
- Lead discussions with business units to understand current needs, enhance recruiting strategy and propose new ideas
- Develop and maintain contacts with educational institutions, employment agencies, placement firms, and other sources of applicants directly and through subordinate staff
- Evaluate data on recruitment activities, applicant flow, interviews, hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations to set strategy for Talent Acquisition
- Analyse statistical reports and other data to monitor applicant flow, selection and turnover for compliance with legal regulations and organizational goals and policies
