Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Manager, Strategy & Business Development. The role involves crafting and executing strategic plans, identifying and pursuing business opportunities, conducting market research, and engaging in financial and operational analysis. The Senior Manager will also collaborate with key stakeholders, build client relationships, and oversee consulting engagements that align with organizational growth objectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ proven experience in Lead Generation and should possess strong analytical skills,proficiency in problem-solving, data analysis, and market research to support strategic decision-making.
- Excellent Communication: Ability to present ideas clearly, build relationships with stakeholders, and drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Expertise in Finance: Knowledge in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting to assist in business planning and analysis.
- Experience in Management Consulting and Consulting: Proven experience in leading consulting projects and providing actionable recommendations for business growth.
- Demonstrable leadership and team management capabilities.
- Prior experience in business development or strategic planning roles.
- MBA or advanced degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a remote work environment.
