Senior Manager - Strategy (JSW Industrial Parks)
Position: Senior Manager - Strategy
Grade: L11
Location: Mumbai
Reports To: Chief Business Officer - JSW Industrial Parks
Role Overview:
JSW Industrial Parks is seeking a highly analytical and strategic professional to join our team as a
Senior Manager - Strategy. The incumbent will be responsible for driving business strategy,
evaluating investment proposals, overseeing key projects, and providing strategic
recommendations to enhance the performance and growth of JSW Industrial Parks.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning & Business Analysis:
* Develop and implement long-term strategic plans for JSW Industrial Parks in alignment with corporate objectives.
* Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities, industry trends, and emerging risks.
* Assist in developing business models, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans for various industrial park projects.
2. Proposal Evaluation & Feasibility Studies:
* Evaluate investment and partnership proposals, assessing financial viability, risk factors, and strategic alignment.
* Conduct financial modeling, cost-benefit analysis, and scenario planning to support decision-making.
* Collaborate with finance, legal, and business teams to review contracts, agreements, and regulatory requirements.
3. Project Oversight & Execution:
* Oversee key strategic projects from initiation to execution, ensuring timely completion and
alignment with business objectives.
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and external stakeholders, to drive project success.
* Track project performance, analyze key metrics, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
4. Stakeholder Management & Reporting:
*Liaise with senior management, government bodies, industry partners, and internal teams to facilitate strategic initiatives.
*Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and business cases for executive leadership and board discussions.
* Drive collaboration between various JSW business units to identify synergies and optimize operations.
5. Industry & Policy Advocacy:
*Monitor government policies, regulatory frameworks, and industrial developments impacting JSW Industrial Parks.
*Provide recommendations on policy advocacy, incentives, and compliance strategies.
*Represent JSW Industrial Parks at industry forums, conferences, and networking events.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
*MBA from a Premier B-School with a specialization in Strategy, Finance, or Operations.
*Experience in strategy consulting, business analysis, investment evaluation, or corporate strategy, Finance, Sales, Marketing and Operations.
*Strong financial acumen, with expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and business case preparation.
*Proficiency in Advance MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
*Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
*Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation abilities.
