Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sourcing Manager based in Chennai . The Senior Sourcing Manager will be responsible for developing and managing supplier relationships, negotiating procurement contracts, identifying cost savings opportunities, and ensuring the timely sourcing of high-quality products. Key responsibilities include strategic sourcing, supplier performance evaluation, market trend analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with internal teams to meet organizational goals. In this role, you will oversee sourcing strategies and ensure compliance with company policies while driving operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Solid expertise in Strategic Sourcing and Procurement Processes
- Strong Negotiation Skills and Supplier Relationship Management abilities
- Ability to Analyze Market Trends and Identify Cost-saving Opportunities
- Knowledge of Industrial Supply Categories, including MRO, Safety, and Tools
- Exceptional Communication, Leadership, and Stakeholder Management Skills
- Proficiency in Supply Chain Management tools and techniques
- Prior experience in a sourcing or procurement leadership role, preferably in a B2B or industrial supply environment
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus
