Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Manager in the steel industry, located in Odisha, India. The role involves overseeing daily site activities, supervising teams, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and construction protocols. Key responsibilities include managing site inspections, coordinating operational tasks, and ensuring projects are executed effectively and efficiently while adhering to quality standards and timelines.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills and the ability to manage and guide teams effectively.
- Proficiency in Site Supervision and Inspection to ensure compliance with project requirements and quality standards.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to interact with team members and stakeholders effectively.
- Knowledge of Construction Safety practices, including the implementation of safety protocols and procedures on site.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the steel or construction industries.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving project goals.
