Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Manager - Solar O&M at Shreenath Sustainable, based in Gurugram. The role will involve managing the operation and maintenance of solar power plants, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing plant inspections, managing a team of technicians, troubleshooting issues, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, and preparing performance reports. The candidate will also be involved in coordinating with stakeholders and implementing strategies to optimize plant efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in Solar Operations & Maintenance, plant performance monitoring, and system troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in project management, team leadership, and stakeholder coordination.
- Understanding of safety standards, regulatory compliance, and industry best practices related to solar energy systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to improve operations and resolve technical issues.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in a senior O&M role within the renewable energy industry is highly desirable.
