Role: Industry Manager – Specialty Chemicals
Employment Type: Full-Time
Winways Chemtech is looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Sales & Business Development to lead our Paints & Coatings or Personal Care segments. This role will focus on business growth, portfolio expansion, and strategic customer engagement in the specialty chemicals industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive product portfolio expansion and launch new specialty chemical products
• Develop and execute sales and go-to-market strategies
• Build and maintain strong B2B customer relationships
• Provide technical-commercial support to customers and internal teams
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis
• Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve growth targets
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, or related field
• 8–12+ years of experience in specialty chemicals, raw material distribution, or B2B chemical sales
• Experience in Paints & Coatings or Personal Care ingredients
• Strong business development, technical knowledge, and customer management skills
