Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ghaziabad for a Senior Manager Sales - ODL Segment. The Senior Manager will be responsible for leading sales operations, developing business plans, driving customer engagement, and achieving revenue goals for the ODL (Open and Distance Learning) segment. Responsibilities include managing a sales team, tracking performance metrics, identifying growth opportunities, liaising with educational institutions, and ensuring excellent customer service standards are maintained.
Qualifications
- Sales and Operations Expertise: Proven experience in sales operations, with the ability to oversee and optimize sales strategies.
- Business Acumen: Proficient in business planning and identifying market growth opportunities.
- Communication and Customer Engagement: Strong communication skills and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and implement practical solutions.
- Key Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). Proven experience in education sales or a related industry is an advantage. Leadership experience will be highly valued.
