Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Professional, based in Jamshedpur. The Marketing Professional will be responsible for creating and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, and analyzing market trends and competition. The role includes managing campaigns across various channels, building brand awareness, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging. Monitoring performance analytics and identifying growth opportunities will also be an integral part of the responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Experience in creating and implementing marketing strategies, content creation, and brand management
- Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and understanding of target audiences
- Ability to manage campaigns, monitor performance analytics, and optimize for maximum reach and engagement
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to create compelling presentations and marketing collateral
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is an added advantage
- Knowledge or experience in industrial manufacturing or engineering sectors is a plus
