About The Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven
Sales Manager – CPS to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in performance marketing, affiliate partnerships, or digital advertising sales with a strong understanding of the
Cost Per Sale (CPS) model. If you're passionate about building client relationships and driving revenue, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and onboard new advertisers, agencies, and affiliate partners for CPS campaigns.
- Generate new business opportunities and consistently achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close high-value deals.
- Coordinate with internal account management and operations teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Monitor campaign performance and work closely with clients to optimize results.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business updates.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Digital Advertising, Affiliate Marketing, Performance Marketing, or CPS Sales.
- Strong understanding of CPS, CPA, CPL, and other performance marketing models.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
- Ability to build strong business relationships and manage multiple accounts.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Existing network of advertisers, agencies, or affiliate partners.
- Experience working with affiliate networks or performance marketing platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
