Role Description
We are seeking a Senior Manager, Sales Business Development to join our on-site team in Ahmedabad. This is a full-time role requiring leadership in strategizing and executing business development initiatives. The individual will identify new business opportunities, lead sales operations, foster client relationships, and contribute to business planning and growth. Responsibilities include managing customer relationships, analyzing market trends to inform strategies, and driving revenue growth by achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends and drive data-informed strategies.
- Experience in Business Planning, including developing and executing business strategies for growth.
- Proven communication skills, both written and verbal, essential for client interactions and internal collaboration.
- Expertise in Customer Service and maintaining strong, positive business relationships.
- Comprehensive understanding of Sales Operations, including lead generation and closing deals.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in a business development or sales leadership role, ideally in consulting or design services.
- Result-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
