Position Overview: We are seeking dynamic and results-oriented Business Development professionals with a strong background in sales, Business development, excellent negotiation skills and a strong network among key decision makers in the Education space.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify and target potential partners relevant for BNPL, develop strategic plans, and execute strategies to onboard and build long-term relationships.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster collaboration and trust.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to understand the organization structures, expand to new markets and channels and achieve revenue targets.
- Market Research: Conduct market analysis to understand trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities in the BNPL space.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, Sales, Alliances, Finance, Marketing, and Operations teams to align on product offerings and support partners effectively.
- Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and report key business metrics, sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is an added advantage.
- 8-10 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management experience - preferably with Education/ Edtech industry
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively (with internal and external stakeholders) in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel inter-city as well as intra-city as per business requirements
