Requirements
Job Description
Identify potential customers for the Industrial Motors division and provide guidance to sales team members and coordinators.
- Assist in Business Development and Marketing initiatives
- Ensure the sales process operates smoothly
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns effectively
- Collaborate with internal Cross Functional Teams (CFT) to align with customer expectations and needs
- Prepare quotes and proposals for clients
- Conduct reviews of Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA), Letters of Intent (LOI), Purchase Agreements, Purchase Orders (PO), and other related documents
- Maintain Sales and IATF/ISO documentation
- Provide support for Request for Quotation (RFQ) and Statement of Requirements (SOR) management
- Ensure timely collection of payments and follow up on overdue accounts
- Actively participate in organizing technical showcases at expos and customer locations
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis
- Travel as needed for business purposes
