Senior Manager -Regional Medical Affairs (RMA)
Renovare Healthcare Solutions is looking for the position of Senior Manager - Regional Medical Affairs (RMA) at a Mumbai-based multinational company (MNC).

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Regional Medical Affairs team.
- Recruit, train, and build a high-performing medical affairs team.
- Drive scientific engagement with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
- Plan and execute medical education programs, advisory boards, CMEs, and scientific meetings.
- Review and approve scientific and promotional materials for medical accuracy.
- Support publication planning, manuscript development, and scientific presentations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic medical initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with medical, ethical, and regulatory standards.
- Support clinical research, evidence generation, and medical insights activities.
- Monitor team performance and foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and leadership.
Eligibility
- PHD, MBBS, MD Pharmacology (preferred)
- 8–12 years of experience in Medical Affairs within the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry.
- Experience across diverse therapy areas.
- Proven people management and team leadership experience.
- Strong scientific communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to build relationships with HCPs, KOLs, and cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel for business and scientific engagements.
