Role: Manager – Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS)
Location: Hyderabad
We are developing large-scale premium residential high-rise projects with a strong focus on execution excellence, cost efficiency, commercial governance, and long-term value creation.
As Manager – Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS), you will lead the end-to-end commercial and quantity surveying functions across high-rise residential developments, driving cost control, contract management, tendering, budgeting, and commercial performance throughout the project lifecycle.
This role requires a highly analytical, commercially driven, and execution-focused professional capable of balancing project delivery, commercial risk management, and cost optimization in fast-paced construction environments.

You will work closely with leadership, project execution, procurement, design, and finance teams, influencing key commercial decisions from tendering and contracting to billing, claims management, and final project closure.

You Will Be the Go-To Person For (Key Responsibilities)
Pre-Contract Management
- Quantity take-offs, estimation, and cost planning
- BOQ preparation and tender documentation
- Tender evaluation and contractor/vendor finalization
- Rate analysis, budgeting, and cost benchmarking
- Value engineering and cost optimization initiatives
- Contract drafting, review, and commercial negotiations
Post-Contract Management
- Contractor billing certification and payment processing
- Variation order and change management
- Cost monitoring, forecasting, and budget control
- Claims management and dispute resolution support
- Contract administration and compliance management
- Final account settlement and commercial closure
Commercial Management
- Monitoring project costs, cash flows, and overall commercial performance
- Coordinating with project, procurement, design, and execution teams
- Preparing commercial MIS reports, dashboards, and project cost reports
- Identifying commercial and contractual risks and driving mitigation strategies
- Supporting leadership with commercial insights and project cost visibility

Are You the One We Need? (Qualifications)
- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- 10–15 years of experience in Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management
- Strong expertise in both Pre-Contract and Post-Contract Management
- Experience handling commercial functions for high-rise residential construction projects
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC Contracts and Contract Administration
- Proven experience in Claims Management and Commercial Risk Management
- Strong understanding of billing, estimation, tendering, and BOQ preparation
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and QS/ERP software
- MRICS / Chartered Quantity Surveyor certification preferred
