Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Manager Purchase & Supply Chain based in Sonipat. The Senior Manager will lead the procurement, sourcing, and supply chain processes to ensure an efficient flow of materials. Key responsibilities include supplier negotiations, vendor management, inventory oversight, cost optimization, forecasting, and ensuring alignment with company standards and objectives. Additionally, they will collaborate with internal teams, ensure timely deliveries, and maintain quality compliance across the supply chain.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in procurement management and vendor negotiations
- Strong understanding of supply chain operations, inventory management, and logistics
- Ability to develop procurement strategies and cost optimization initiatives
- Knowledge of quality standards, such as ISO certifications
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills
- Effective communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in tools and technology relevant to supply chain and procurement processes
- Prior experience in the polymer compounding, manufacturing, or related industries is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, or a related field
