Role Description The Senior Manager Project Finance will lead end-to-end financial planning and execution for large projects, with a focus on fundraising, bank finance, structured debt, and equity participation. This full-time, on-site role based in Surat involves evaluating project feasibility, preparing detailed financial models, and creating investment proposals and lender documentation. The role includes coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, overseeing expediting and inspection activities related to project deliverables, and ensuring timely logistics management for project-related activities. The Senior Manager will monitor project cash flows, manage risk and compliance with banking and regulatory requirements, and provide clear financial reporting and strategic insights to promoters and senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Strong project finance and project management skills, including experience in planning, budgeting, and monitoring large or complex projects.
- Expediting and expeditor experience to ensure timely completion of project milestones and coordination with suppliers, lenders, and other stakeholders.
- Inspection and logistics management skills to oversee project deliverables, vendor performance, and movement of critical documentation and resources.
- Advanced financial modeling and analysis skills, with expertise in bank finance, structured debt, and equity funding.
- Sound understanding of corporate finance, accounting principles, and regulatory frameworks in India.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation capabilities, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly.
- Proven ability to work in a disciplined, ethics-driven environment, maintaining confidentiality and professional integrity.
- Master’s degree or professional qualification in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CA, CFA, or MBA in Finance preferred).
- Prior experience in project finance, infrastructure, real estate, or renewable energy sectors will be considered a strong plus.
