🚨 We’re Hiring – Senior Manager / Program Manager – Testing (Banking Domain) 🚨
📍 Location: Chennai / Bangalore (with onsite travel to client location)

Thoughtic Solutions is looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager / Program Manager – Testing to lead enterprise-level banking testing engagements and drive quality transformation initiatives for global Banking & Financial Services clients.
If you have deep expertise in Banking Domain Testing, Oracle Fusion, Temenos/T24 platforms, and Client Relationship Management, this is an excellent opportunity to work on large-scale banking transformation programs.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Lead end-to-end testing engagements for Banking & Financial Services clients
✔ Manage functional, integration, regression, UAT, automation, and data validation testing
✔ Define QA governance frameworks, test strategies, and delivery roadmaps
✔ Drive quality transformation initiatives aligned with Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices
✔ Collaborate with banking stakeholders across Core Banking, Payments, Lending, Treasury, and Digital Banking platforms
✔ Manage enterprise client relationships and participate in governance reviews
✔ Lead and mentor large-scale QA teams across multiple programs
✔ Promote automation-first and shift-left testing strategies
🔹 Required Skills & Experience:
✅ 12+ years of Banking Domain Testing experience
✅ Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Testing
✅ Hands-on experience with Temenos / T24 Banking Platform
✅ Experience managing enterprise-level testing programs
✅ Strong client management and stakeholder engagement skills
✅ Excellent understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile, and DevOps methodologies
✅ Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills
🔹 Preferred Technical Skills:
➕ Selenium Automation
➕ API Testing
➕ Performance Testing
➕ ETL/Data Validation Testing
➕ Jira / ALM / Azure DevOps
➕ CI/CD Pipelines
➕ SQL & Database Testing

🏦 Oracle Fusion Implementation Programs
🏦 Temenos / T24 Migration & Upgrade Projects
🏦 Payments & Cards

🏦 Regulatory & Compliance Testing
🎓 Educational Qualification:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Computer Science / Information Technology
• MBA or relevant QA/Banking certifications preferred
