About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Manager of Product Marketing to own positioning, messaging, and go-to-market enablement for one of Aurigo's buyer segments. You will be the primary product marketing owner for your segment, working closely with product managers and the sales team to ensure every buyer interaction is backed by credible, differentiated, and buyer-specific content. This role requires someone who understands B2B enterprise buyers deeply and can translate complex product capabilities into compelling value narratives.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Own positioning, messaging, and value propositions for your assigned buyer segment across all Aurigo products.
- Develop and maintain segment-specific sales playbooks, battlecards, pitch narratives, and competitive response materials.
- Partner with product managers to build a deep understanding of buyer jobs to be done, pains, and gains for your segment.
- Conduct buyer and market research to keep messaging current and grounded in real buyer context.
- Support the sales team with segment-specific content for RFP responses, demos, and executive presentations.
- Collaborate with the Senior Manager of Product Enablement to ensure content is operationalised effectively for the field.
- Manage product launch readiness for your segment and ensure sellers have the messaging, tools, and proof points they need.
- Own the competitive intelligence process for your segment by monitoring competitor moves and maintaining current battlecards.
- Work with AI agents to accelerate content production, competitive monitoring, and first-draft collateral generation.
- Track and report on content utilisation, sales feedback, and win and loss trends for your segment.

- Excellent written communication. Produces crisp, credible content without extensive editing.
- Ability to earn trust with sales teams through the relevance and quality of content.

- Curiosity about buyer worlds. Reads industry news, attends events, and talks to customers to stay current.
Hard Skills
- Proven ability to develop sales playbooks, battlecards, and go-to-market content for enterprise B2B buyers.
- Experience conducting buyer research and translating insights into messaging frameworks.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and the content needs at each stage.
- Experience supporting product launches and coordinating cross-functional readiness.
- Ability to work with AI tools to accelerate content production and competitive research.
Technical Skills
- Familiarity with CRM and sales enablement platforms.
- Proficiency with content creation and presentation tools.
- Ability to use AI tools for research synthesis, content drafting, and competitive analysis.
- Understanding of SaaS product packaging, pricing, and positioning principles.
Educational Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. MBA from a top institution preferred.
Prior Experience
- 8 or more years of experience in product marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior role in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
- Demonstrated track record of developing go-to-market content that directly supports sales outcomes.
- Experience working with or selling to enterprise buyers in capital-intensive industries in the public or commercial sector preferred.
- Exposure to North American markets and enterprise sales motions.
- Experience working with AI tools to scale content production is a plus.
