Job Description
Job Title (Designation) Senior Manager - Process Safety
Job Responsibilities
To Assist Process Safety team in Executing Domestic Safety Project
Participate in the safety studies as a lead team member and provide specialist
inputs.
Be a subject matter specialist for safety studies guiding team members on
process safety strategy implementation.
Engage client management and convince them on the need for implementation
of recommendations suggested in the safety study reports
Provide inputs on transformation projects to enhance role of deployed site
specialists to achieve the program intent
Interact with client senior management and PIC to understand their
requirements and identify potential solutions, methodologies and
deliverables
Represent Chola MS Risk in various national / international forum to share our
subject matter expertise and thereby strengthen the brand position
Conduct training programs to clients as part of project execution and also as
part of the initiatives of academy
Work closely with the BD team in identifying potential business opportunities
and making presentations to potential clients / top management
Manage team of safety professionals, mentoring and groom the team
Guide and lead the team in SMS Manual, procedures and other documentation
preparation for clients.
Ensure receivables as per the agreed terms on projects lead and executed.
Willing to travel for assignmentS
