We are seeking a talented individual to as a Continuous Improvement / Project Manager / Business Analysis Hybrid role (Non-IT) at Marsh. This role will be based in Mumbai and has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
Designation: Senior Manager - Business Analysis (PI / CI / PM)
Location: Mumbai
We will count on you to:
- Manages small, routine projects or a piece of a larger project end-to-end to deliver business outcomes, ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to a high level of client satisfaction. Conducts meetings and prepare reports to communicate the status of the project.
- Monitors progress and performance against the project schedule and takes action to resolve operational problems and minimize delays. Manages all aspects of a project, from start to finish, so that it is completed on time and within budget.
- Identifies, develops, and recommends the resources to complete the project.
- Sets priorities, allocates tasks, and coordinates project staff to meet project targets and milestones.
- Attends project meetings and prepares and presents regular progress reports to communicate the status of the project within and beyond the project team. Liaises with other operational areas in the organization to secure specialized resources and contributions for the project.
- Translates business strategies and objectives into business requirements.
- Identifies, verifies and documents functional and operational requirements using requirements management methodology and tools.
- Test and analyse final requirements.
- Ensures requirements are communicated effectively to parties responsible for technical development and implementation.
- Manage data and reporting requests.
- Helps to develop and deliver training and supplemental materials.
What you need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field with min 8-10 years of relevant experience
- Strong business analysis, organizational design, and process improvement experience
- Proven track record in business analysis and project delivery
- Some experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies to complete requirements gathering & testing
- Experience in the building of project and implementation artefacts such as status report, project schedule, risk and issues registers, policies, procedures, system user documentation, communication and training material
- Excellent stakeholder relationship and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong documentation, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of operational efficiency and cost management principles

- Familiarity with Centre of Excellence (COE) frameworks and best practices
- Formal Project Management or Business Analyst certification
- Knowledge of change management principles and practices
- Previous experience within an insurance brokerage environment
