SENIOR MANAGER Development of new workflows and enhancements to the existing ones as per the business requirements.
Work with Business Analysts/Product managers for business and compliance requirements Work with software vendors as and when required Undertake new application development and automation as required
Responsible for conducting periodical audit on all codes and programs to ensure that they are compliant with the current business requirements
Maintain documentation of all the processes undertaken Prepare project plans for new programming projects Manage execution of the projects to bring them to a timely closure
Responsible to hire and mentor and grow team. Liaise with all stakeholders/ departments. Candidate Requirements PMP/PMI-ACP certified.
Preferred Qualification – B.Sc. - Computer Science / Other Engineering discipline. Minimum 8 years of technical experience. Minimum 3 years in a Project Lead / Manager position.
In depth knowledge of programming on one or more of the following: C#/VB.NET with SQL Server.
Team management experience with team size of atleast 5-7 members Excellent in project management with both SDLC and Agile methodologies..
Good analysis and interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
