About CFSW:
Joining the Customer Facing Software (CFSW) Center of Excellence at ANSR MedTech means being part of a team that is core to delivering global, customer facing technology platforms used at scale.
You’ll work on high impact systems—Salesforce, Cloud, Data Products, and Testing—that power real customer, agent, and care experiences worldwide. This is not a support or back-office environment; teams are responsible for end-to-end execution, quality, and outcomes.

Position description:
As a Senior Manager – Platform Architecture (Mulesoft), you will lead the strategic design and implementation of enterprise integration solutions using MuleSoft’s Anypoint Platform. You will be responsible for establishing and managing a MuleSoft Center of Excellence offshore, ensuring best practices, governance, and scalability across integration.
Key Responsibilities:
Architectural Leadership:
- Define and manage the integration roadmap with MuleSoft platform.
- Design scalable, secure, and reusable integration architectures using MuleSoft Any point Platform.
- Translate business requirements into high-level and low-level design specifications.
- Lead the implementation of API-led connectivity and microservices architecture.
Center of Excellence (CoE) Management:
- Establish and lead an offshore MuleSoft CoE team (20+ people).
- Define governance models, coding standards, and reusable assets.
- Mentor offshore developers and architects, ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Conduct regular code reviews, training sessions, and performance assessments.
Advanced API Design:
- Architect and implement high-throughput, scalable Salesforce APIs to support enterprise-grade workloads.
- Design and deliver robust RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs with a focus on performance, security, and reusability.
- Enable hybrid integration patterns including event-driven and message-based architectures leveraging technologies such as Apache Kafka and JMS.
- Ensure all APIs are designed for scalability, security, and cross-domain reusability, aligned with enterprise integration standards.
Project Delivery:
- Provide technical oversight and leadership across multiple integration projects.
- Collaborate with global cross-functional teams including Product Management, Cloud, Salesforce, and Infrastructure.
- Ensure timely delivery of integration solutions aligned with business goals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues.
DevSecOps Integration:
- Embed security practices into CI/CD pipelines and MuleSoft deployments.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise security policies and regulatory requirements.
- Familiar with automated security testing and vulnerability scanning.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Act as a trusted advisor to business and IT stakeholders.
- Lead workshops and technical discussions with internal teams.
- Document and present architectural decisions and integration strategies.
Required Qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience in integration architecture, with 4+ years in MuleSoft.
- Proven experience leading offshore teams and managing CoE operations.
- Expertise in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, API design, DataWeave, and CloudHub.
- Strong understanding of SOA, EAI, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Proficiency in Java, XML, JSON, and integration protocols (REST, SOAP).
- Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
- MuleSoft certifications (Certified Platform Architect, Integration Architect) preferred.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

- Ability to manage change and drive adoption of integration standards.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, global environments.
Nice to Have:
- Hands-on experience with GraphQL API design and implementation.

- Familiarity with Model Context Protocol or similar semantic modeling frameworks.
- Exposure to healthcare or regulated industries.
- Knowledge of AI/ML integration patterns.
