About Role
The Senior Manager, Procurement – NAM and LATAM Performance is responsible for procurement performance management across all Procurement objectives for the North America and Latam Operating Units, driving measurable value, improving supplier outcomes, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Establishing a robust procurement performance management that ensures the teams deliver measurable strategic value to the organization.
Role Responsibilities
Procurement Performance Management
- Drive a standardized performance management framework across all KPIs and value drivers
- Own performance governance, reporting cadence, and continuous improvement cycles for their area
- Develop executive-level performance insights and communication for procurement leadership and OU leadership.
- Ensure transparency and accountability in procurement performance across the teams.
Value Delivery Governance
- Establish governance mechanisms to track and validate value delivery, including productivity, cash improvement, innovation, and broader value contributions.
- Partner closely with Finance, Legal, HR, and OUs to align drive wider programs and their value generation.
- Lead regular performance reviews with procurement leadership and business stakeholders to ensure delivery against targets.
Performance Insights
- Build analytics that support OU performance management and program decision-making.
- Leverage spend analytics, supplier data, and operational metrics to identify performance improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with other Procurement performance managers to ensure a standardised, consistent and up to performance management approach is executed seamlessly
- Provide standard and regular OU reporting and insights
- Drive a culture of data-driven procurement management and performance transparency.
Stakeholder Alignment
- Work closely with OU finance teams on COGS and SG&A value delivery through third parties, aligning on external and internal performance reporting on costs as well as key programs
- Serve as a liaison between procurement leadership across all spend categories and OU buying teams, and key enterprise stakeholders for value delivery in the year and outer years
- Provide strategic insights and performance updates to senior leadership and governance forums.
- Bring to multiple Procurement teams together and connected on OU performance insights, actions and next steps.
Basic Skills (Essential):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Risk Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years of experience in procurement, strategy, transformation, or program management
- Strong understanding of procurement processes across the source-to-pay lifecycle and best practices
- Expertise in program governance, performance management frameworks, and value delivery tracking
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior stakeholders across functions
- Proven experience managing large-scale projects and end-to-end operations delivery
- Strong analytical, communication, and executive presentation skills (business cases, storytelling)
- High proficiency in English and Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel)
Preferred Skills:
- Master’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Risk Management or related field
- Professional certifications (e.g., CPSM, CPIM, PMP)
- Experience working in matrix/global organizations and cross-functional environments
- Ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels
- Proven leadership capability, including influencing without authority and driving change
- Strong problem-solving ability with high learning agility and ability to work with ambiguity
- Experience in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments
- Motivation to coach, mentor, and develop team capabilities
